Advanced bootstrapping methods
The initramfs mechanism that oneSIS uses to boot allows for a significant
amount of flexibility with respect to bootstrapping a cluster node. Section
3.2 describes the basics of how to use an initramfs. Now
we'll go into some more detail about how the initramfs works and detail
some more advanced methods for bootstrapping cluster nodes.
